Leadership Broken Arrow's mission is to develop and nurture a dedicated group of citizens who will contribute to the vitality of our city by being active participants in its business, political, social, charitable and educational components. We value participation, application and camaraderie. Our goals are to increase commitment to the community by increasing awareness of the people, history, issues and challenges facing Broken Arrow; by providing a mechanism to recruit and prepare new volunteers and leaders for roles in our community and to provide opportunities to serve our community.
 

The nine-month program, which runs September through May, requires a full-day commitment each month. Classes typically run from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on the first or second Thursday of each month.
