Every other year, the chamber holds a community wide strategic planning retreat to help plan for the future of Broken Arrow. This brainstorming session has been the platform that has launched many successful ideas that has made Broken Arrow such a wonderful place to live. Some of the ideas that have came out of the retreat include Northeastern State University and the Creek Turnpike.

Long term residents and newcomers, long time participants in various Broken Arrow entities and organizations as well as others who wish to become more involved in community affairs are welcome to join us at these retreats and to volunteer as members of the study groups.
